Things have really changed at this local restaurant. It used to be wonderful. The past 3 times we have visited, it's taken FOREVER to be served. Most recently, it took 50 minutes to get 2 tacos. People who arrived after we did were served before us. In addition, they no longer have a waitress. You have to wait in line, order your food, and then it is brought to you. That's a perfectly fine setup, but the prices didn't go down to adjust for this change. Back to the 2 tacos I received: I ordered 2 pork tacos and neither of them had all the ingredients which were listed on the menu. There was barely any meat on the taco, so much lettuce I felt like a rabbit, and hardly any cheese. Big disappointment when you are paying $8 for 2 tacos. I'd love to say we will be back, but the bridge is burned. We won't be back: they've lost some good local patrons.
Huge Burrito, delicious and tasty. I appreciate the way the owners allow you to select your options on a checklist you submit to the waiter/waitress... Good value for meal!!
Everything was nice but just stop asking three time if we paying all together or separate. Its little embarrassing. Everything else was cool. Not sure if it's city style but I never seen that in Toronto where I live.
Great food, great service, and an awesome patio in the summer time. At the Burrito Grill you can customize your heat level to perfectly meet your needs. This little gem is located just off the platzl so it's often a little easier to get in right away compared to other restaurants. I've yet to try something from here and not love it!
Ordered a bunch of burritos and quesadillas. One burrito came with a huge bone in it. Told me they couldn't do anything about it. That's how the meat was ordered. Otherwise the rest was good. Nice place to sit, relaxing environment.
