Simple meals, great chef, served quick and piping hot! Appreciated waitress' time. Friendly staff
Nice size suite, good amenities with stove, sink, fridge and freezer. Did not use the coffee maker as the water cistern was pretty much completely black and desperately needed sanitation. Attended a conference and the food was great, nice options, a little tricky with food restrictions but otherwise well balanced. Stuffed myself all weekend for sure. Desserts were quite overwhelmingly sweet so I definitely stuck to the fruit. Appreciate the staff being accomodating to our large and diverse group!
Would definitely stay here again. Reasonable price for what we got and a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Staff were super friendly and even let us use a storage area for all our bikes. Would definitely stay here again.
Spur of the moment stay. Lenny (I think this was her name, just maybe not the correct spelling. Sorry!) was amazing! Friendly and understanding of our needs. Set us up in a awesome room with king size suite. She made our stay their more than we cloud of imagined. Cannot say enough. Just a great experience.
Great lodge to stay at. Friendly staff and great hiking near by on the Kimberley mountain. But!!! The restaurant that's attached to the lodge, Buckhorn & Main. Is not very good at all. Once you get service....or if they don't forget your drink order it still wouldn't be enough!! In the lodges elevator it has advertising for specials for the restaurant, but the staff would not believe us when we had asked. Someone had to go and check....to their surprise we were right!!! Then after they came and said that we were right! They never came back to serve us..... so we left. If a restaurant will not honor that, then you should take the advertising down or train your staff on the specials! Instead of making the customer look bad!! We will never eat there again.
